By participating in a farm stay experience at Cedrus Farms, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk
Guests understand and acknowledge that farm environments involve inherent risks, including but not limited to contact with livestock such as cows, goats, chickens, and cats. These animals may behave unpredictably and can cause injury or illness. Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with interacting with animals and being on farm property.

Health & Safety Precautions
Guests are responsible for following all posted rules and staff instructions. Individuals with allergies, compromised immune systems, or other health conditions should consult with a physician before participating in farm activities. Handwashing and other hygiene practices are encouraged to reduce risk.

Children and Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Cedrus Farms is not responsible for the supervision or behavior of any minors during the stay.

Property Hazards
The farm includes uneven terrain, metal fencing, animal enclosures, and equipment that may pose risks. Guests are advised to exercise caution and remain within designated guest areas.

Release of Liability
By entering the premises, guests agree to release and hold harmless Cedrus Farms, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage arising from or related to their visit.

Medical Treatment
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, guests authorize Cedrus Farms to secure appropriate medical care. All expenses related to such care are the sole responsibility of the guest.
